Initiate Your Request
Log into your CAIRO account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original garment bags with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
